The bare board is available from me (jdrew @ seol . net . au) for $15AUS +post
(note all boards have 8 plated through holes that just connect top and bottom tracks)

The 5 LEDs go:
Bottom right
Top right
Top left (2 of)
Next to NE567
All other blank holes are interconnections only.

Note:

(1) there are two production runs of the boards in these photos. One run does not have screen print to assist with building. If you have one of these boards use the top 2 photos for reference.

(2) Polarity of power LED is shown reversed on the screen print.

(3) In both populated boards the resistors R21, R22 are inserted in the holes connecting them to +5V. See the manual for more details.
